Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard and Spyran Cumin (Jeera). Let them splutter.Add green chillies, onion, capsicum, and grated carrots, and saute well until onion and bell peppers become soft.
Add potato, onion, coriander leaves, Spyran Garam Masala, Spyran Sp. Hot Red Chilli Powder, Spyran Chat Masala, Spyran Salt, and mix this well in a bowl.
