Spicy Aloo Sandwich Recipes

Ingredients:

Measuring cup used 1 cup = 250ml

  • 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes (appx 3 medium potatoes)
  • 2 tablespoons onion
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
  • ½ teaspoon Spyran Sp. Hot Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Spyran Garam Masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Spyran Chat Masala powder
  • 6 bread slice
  • ¼ cup green chutney
  • ½ cup grated cheese or paneer (cottage cheese)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Spyran Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  • Add potato, onion, coriander leaves, Spyran Garam Masala, Spyran Sp. Hot Red Chilli Powder, Spyran Chat Masala, Spyran Salt, and mix this well in a bowl.
  • Take a bread slice spread the green chutney on this spread and the grated cheese.
  • Take another bread slice and spread the potato mixture. Now cover this potato bread with another slice of bread, to which both chutney and cheese have been applied.
  • Put this on a Tawa or grill the sandwich till browned from both sides.
  • Cut into triangles and serve a potato cheese sandwich hot with tomato ketchup.
